Vitória is one of the most expensive cities in Brazil. However, if you already has a place to stay you will spend per day what you usually do at home. Anyway, it will be cheaper to eat out in Vitória than in any european city. Transportation is not expensive too. The city is really small. You can survive with ten dollars a day buying food at supermarkets and using local bus transportation or fifty dollars a day for three meals in 'kilo restaurants' (buffets where you weight your meal). Not knowing you lifestyle I suggest you take 50% more of what you usually spend per day at your hometown.
