Housing prices in the Negev (description below) and government incentives? I'm 17. I'm both American and Israeli (my english is better but i can converse in hebrew) and I like in Israel now. I am going into the army next year but after that I'd like to settle in the Negev. What are the average housing prices for a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath and moderate sized kitchen and living room in Arad or Beer Sheva or other smaller cities? Is it lower than the center of Israel? And are there government incentives to move south? What are they and are they greater than thoe given for people who settle in the galil?
