Where do people in the US buy their weed? Let me start off by saying that I'm from Rotterdam, The Netherlands (Holland). So ever since I was 18 I've been able to buy weed without any concern really. But I've always wondered how people from the US get their weed. When I watch Hollywood movies, it makes think that Americans smoke more weed than we do and that it's even more casual there than it is here. But I've always wondered where you guys get your weed exactly. And how do you know that it's good weed? And what if something goes wrong? Like if the "deal" goes wrong, or if the police find out?? And I've also wondered if you have different types of weed over there? Because the local Coffeeshops around here have at least 15 different types of weed, all different prices and obviously different effects. Does a "weed dealer" in the US also have different types? Or is weed just weed over there?
    • Just to address the different types: Thanks to Dutch cannabis breeding, many of the top strains of Holland from the 1980s and 90s made there way here, often 10 at a time, and were then perpetuated and further bred with new unique strains also imported from elsewhere. While we have wide variety in this regard, what remains most common is relatively inexpensive commercial marijuana, mass produced in Mexico. Sadly, our "war on drugs" has made it so that a few pennies worth of Mexican cannabis is worth many times that inside our borders, resulting in a host of deadly-serious problems, even loss of life, over a simple plant. Fortunately, all that is changing, as new cannabis laws make way to it being taxed and regulated. Mexican marijuana will be as valuable as Mexican cigarettes. As you said, "weed is just weed" -- (basically) when it comes to our imported stuff, but weed grown here is of the same genetic stocks as you have in Holland.

What's the best Countries/Cities to visit? I'm nearly 24 and i'm single and I like meeting new people and really want to visit lots of different places. Not even to party like a normal 24yr old. Just to visit cool attractions an stuff So whats some good places to visit, City breaks would be a quick way to explore. I've been Toronto, Canada and loved it. I also like the sound of Belgium or Croatia or somewhere, Where do you guys recommend, and state how long you recommend with a rough idea of costs. Thanks in Advanced :-)
    • Amsterdam while you are single. Dead cheap.to get there (DO NOT TAKE A CAR OVER - its the most expensive city in the world to park) Catch the overnight ferry from Newcastle, hull, or Kent go for 4 days max. 2 minimum. There is a coach from Rotterdam to Amsterdam city centre Make sure you go to the hienikien museum. (It's the best brewery I've every been in the world) Book your hotel on trivago in advance. - by the way I don't smoke weed. I went with my partner :o(. I always said I would never pay for sex and haven't yet. However some on the girls are the best looking girls you will have ever seen. (£300 four nights if you look hard enough). Watch out fir cyclists Dublin is nice for bars and meeting really nice people with lovely accents though everything is a rip off. If you go Ryan air is the cheapest £16 for flights each way + tax (£40 each way) though for £16 you must fly at stupidly early times (£300 3 nights). Make sure you book a city Centre hotel. The airport hotels look really cheap but its a €30 taxi ride EACH WAY (or €8 coach). If you go get a "dublin pass". It saved us a fortune in entry fees London You never think as its not that exotic but there is loads to do if you book early premier inns are cheap don't take a car the underground is excellent (even though everyone stinks and look miserable ). Spend at least 1/2 a day in harrods in Kensington as little as £29 per night + train fare to get to Waterloo Barcelona. Has (in my opinion the best underground in the world) las rambles (high street) is entertaining during the day but changes completely at night. Watch out for pickpockets at all times I caught 2 and got done once (I thought my Spanish friend knew this man that wanted to dance with me in the street. Do not let anyone touch you. If you feel someone close ish move in a over reactive way (as if they had the lurgi). You will see the team all leave promptly. Take only the money you need for that night and spread it over all 4 pockets Lots of history. Nice beach. Visit the ice bar (behind the huge copper fish by the beach. Not sure current prices Or for a cheapo holiday Malta is nice. I saw on late rooms £174 (in January) for 1 week all inclusive including flight. Try to stay in quara or st.pauls bay. Every thing is cheap people are nice and speak English the island is 14 miles x 7 mies and you can get a 50p bus anywhere. Visit the war museum find out why every Maltese person was awarded the king George cross for bravery. Go on a jeep safari in Gozo (sister island). Go to xlendi bay for a swim. It's amazing go to the car museum in bugibba if you are car geek like me Edinburgh is lovely and reasonably priced. And a good night out. Make sure to visit the whiskey museum near the gates of the castle (I woulnt bother with the castle). Get a deep fried pizza (when in Rome...) go to "the stand" comedy club If you can afford it Florida is amazing My next stop is Las Vegas now I've decided I dont gamble
  • What is the best way to get from Paris to Rotterdam by train or bus? I have a band that needs to get from Paris to Rotterdam. Flying is too expensive, and I can't get a flight into Rotterdam. We'd rather not drive. What are the options for train or bus and what is the general price range? Thanks!
    • You can take the train (the Thalys, see on www.thalys.com) which will be the faster, but certainly more expensive, or you can check the buses on the site www.eurolines.com
  • NEED PRICES FOR CAMPING IN ROTTERDAM AND PRICES FOR TRAINS AROUND HOLLAND!? Hi guys and gals. I went camping to Amsterdam last year and stayed at Camping Zeeburg. It was great. I now want to visit Amsterdam, stay for a few days then travel to Rotterdam and possibly Utrecht. First of all, how much is the train from Amstterdam Centraal, to Rotterdam, then to Uthercht and back to Amsterdam Centraal. Second i need the cheapest camping and best at Rotterdam, and Uthercht for a tent with 1 person. Also if i get off the train in the centre do i need to get a bus. I'm working on a very low budget and need to know any hidden charges etc as i wont bother if its gunna cost too much. I really wanna visit all locations but am worried about costs. If any of you can help the great. I know i blab on so heres the idea in simple form. Amsterdam- Rotterdam- Uthercht- Amsterdam.
