You can book a fixed time ticket, but as you can never be sure to catch your train unless you have a long time, it might be better to buy your tickets while traveling. The cost also depends on your age, for under 26 it can be as little as €19 for a fixed time ticket, €29 for people over 26. The full price is €40,20. On top of that you will have to pay the bus charges, and this site did not give the cost for that. Travel time will be between 3 and 4 hours. Maybe you can find those on the site of the airport or of the airline you will be using. There might be a direct bus from the airport towards the Netherlands too, if they have many Dutch using this airport. That would be the easier option, and likely a faster one. As of 1 January 2013 Dutch citizens who live abroad will pay higher fees for their Dutch passports. On 1 January 2013 the fee for a passport will increase at both the border municipalities in the Netherlands where non-residents can apply for a passport (The Hague, Enschede, Echt-Susteren, Maastricht, Oldambt, Bergen op Zoom) and the embassies and consulates abroad. The reduced fee for passports for minors will be cancelled. This will fit in with the practice in the Netherlands where fees charged by municipalities are the same for both youngsters and adults. From 1 January 2013 the fee for a Dutch passport at embassies, consulates and the above mentioned municipalities will be €84.80 Good Luck
