First, as has already been stated, there is no such thing as a new Mclaren F1 since production of the car ended in 1998. The cost of a used one? Ultimately whatever the market will stand. These are rare cars and they do not come up for sale very often. The last one sold within the last year, but the actual price was not revealed (rumored to be between $5-6 million). The last documented sale was in 2008, and was for more than $4 million. If there would or would not be problems with the car would depend on the specific car... but if you find one and it has broken seats, you can probably get them to knock a few hundred dollars off the five million dollar price! As for other cars with doors that open upwards? There are quite a few starting back with the Mercedes Gullwing cars, and also famously on a few Lamborghini models (starting with the Countach). Can find quite a few converted Honda Civics out there as well if that is all you want. Lastly... the GTR. This was the race version of the Mclaren F1, and fewer were produced over a shorter time. These cars come up for sale less often and are much harder to gauge, although one did come up for sale last year and sold for $13 million (although this was the long tail version that won Le Mans, so it's a special car... overall prices will probably be a small premium over normal F1 prices).

I agree with Willy, a good barber or hairdresser is never cheap. There are thousands of hairdressers in Paris, they're usually for women and men, all prices range, no miracle, a cheap hairdresser will cut fast and the client needs to go back at least once a month, a good hairdresser spends more than1 hour just cutting 1 client and the result is different. I go to Massato since years ago, I have the hair cut by him in person, not his team, it's quite expensive but I don't need to go back more than 2 or 3 times per year - of course, men need to go more often. A men's cut is lots easier, you don't need a star of the scissors. I'm a woman with thin hair, very difficult for a hairdresser to succeed a cut in my case but for your boyfriend, just go for a walk in Saint Germain des Près or in Le Marais or around Bastille / Charonne, you can often see the prices at the door. As I remembered it (and i could be wrong), he didn't short but he bought "PUT Options" on those stocks. I remembered clearly that his accounts manager told him that his contracts has EXPIRED and he lost over USD100++ million. Shorting doesn't have an expiry date that's why i think its a Put option instead of shorting. Put Options basically an agreement between two parties where the Put Seller shall agree to Buy a particular stock from a Put Buyer (in this case: Le Chiffre) within a period of time (before expiry) at an earlier agreed price. The Put buyer has to pay a fee (they call it premium) to buy this agreement and has the the power to exercise this option whenever he wants to (before the expiry). For example, Shares A is currently selling USD10.00 per share. you think that Share A is going down. So you buy a "Put Option" for shares A. You would have to pay a fraction of amount agreed on the option agreement as a fee/premium (maybe like USD1.00 per share). This fee is taken by your Put option seller. and as time goes by, you were right, Shares A did go down and it went down to USD5.00 per share. You would immidiately exercise your Put option and the Put seller is obliged to buy Shares A from you at USD10.00 (as per on the agreement). But the current price of shares A has fallen to USD5.00. So you are infact buying Shares A for USD5.00 and selling it back to the Option seller at USD10.00 per share. From the whole thing, you just profited USD4.00 per share (USD10.00 - USD5.00 -USD1.00 = USD4.00) Of course if you ended up wrong and Shares A actually went up, you may choose not to execise the option agreement (and let it expire) you lose the USD1.00 per share fee you had to pay to the option seller. in this case Le Chiffre must have bought Put options worth hundreds of millions and lost 100million on the premium.
