I recommend the galaxy tab 2. Its half the price of an ipad and its not restricted like a kindle....pure android. You can get apps from the google store which is just like iTunes. In the long run i would say no reasons 1) Laptops used for gaming overheat more than a desktop, lowering component life 2) constant recharging/ or always plugged in will also reduce battery life by quite a bit, eventually you have to buy a new one if you dont want it plugged in 24/7 = desktop 3) the graphics card is good for a laptop, however it is comparable to a nvidia 9800GT in terms of benchmark scores, which is a 4 year old card. http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html 4) for the final price of 1440 euros, you could have built a better system on desktop and had enough money left over to buy over 500 packs of cookies, an essential source of nutrition to any gamer. As for the laptop, it's a very good laptop. No that's a good amount, if they're all good quality! If you're willing to invest with your looks that's okay, just don't invest in a bunch of drugstore products oppose to some products that are a tad more expensive but better.which if that is what you're doing then 300 is reasonable.
