Am I the only one that thinks the prices are really cheap?! If the food is of a good quality and the service is also good, then this is dirt cheap! Unless this is for a cafe or pub, then i think you can bump the prices up. Do you know the profit you're making on these dishes? I live in Brighton, so it's going to be more expensive then up North, but I don't know where this restaurant is going to be. If people want good quality food, then they don't mind paying for it.
