Long/mid-distance spike recommendation? Affordable, and good arch support? I got a pair of Nike Zoom Victory XC spikes on Black Friday. They were fabulous. I never knew shoes could be so awesome. Great traction, good-looking, comfortable, and great arch support. However, it turned out that they were the wrong size, so I couldn't keep them. It was sad. Now that the prices are back up, I can't really afford to buy them again. >.> I'll have to wait till next year. Could someone recommend other shoes though? Maybe ones that are on sale somewhere online? I'm mainly looking at comfort and support. Nike Jana Star, Nike Jana Star XC, and Saucony Shay XCs are available for the similar prices (~$20-$30) on Footlocker.com right now. I haven't seen them in person though. How is the support, are they good?

How much should I sell this for? Hello, about 3 years ago, I was taking woodworking and cabinetry in college. My first large project was a deluxe cabinet-style wooden headboard for my queen sized bed. It is built out of solid wood, is 5' tall, 5' wide, and 1' deep. It has crown molding around the top, and has 3 internal compartments with shelves that are specifically spaced to fit DVDs Blu Ray's, and CD's. It has very nice arches and a nice English Chestnut finish. It can fit approx. 130 DVD/BluRay movies and approx. 190 CD's, as well as have extra space for nicknacks, books, and even pillows or a shelf stereo. It takes up way too much space in my 10' x 10' room. It is 100% homemade, designed by me, has a solid 3/4 inch back, and is extremely sturdy. How much should I price it for? How much would you be willing to pay if you were in the market for a beautiful custom homemade headboard of this type? Thanks in advance.

Which one is better - nubuck or satin ballroom shoes? Hi! Im hoping to get some advice on buying ballroom shoes. There are 2 options: 1. Satin closed toe with a cross over strap - one strap around the ankle and e other one just above the arch 2. Nubuck closed toe with a cross over strap around the arch. Theyre of same price. Im a beginner dancer. The construction of e second shoe is such that u can only control the tightness of one strap, n the other satin one u can control both. Satins are more elegant too. But ive heard nubucks are better material? Why?? And e location of the straps - around the arch is better ive heard? Pls tell me which pair is better! Thanks :)

What are the best all-around running shoes? I have normal arched feet, I have a few pairs of Pumas but obviously are not good for running! I'm a size 7 (some shoes a 6!), if it matters. Need to find shoes with arch support and a REALLY Padded bottoms? I am trying to help my grandma find a pair of comfortable shoes. She has broken bones in her feet over time and has been in multiple car accidents so her feet are pretty banged up. She needs shoes with arch support but also has REALLY padded bottoms. (She has no problem adding insoles though). The bottom needs to be flexible since she does not have the stamina to "break them in". Does anyone have any idea's? She's wearing shoes that are literally falling apart. I'm terrified she's going to get hurt wearing these things. She wore them through the winter too, the shoes have no traction which is dangerous for her too... (she's had a knee replaced once and it's starting to give her issues.) Please help?
