Long/mid-distance spike recommendation? Affordable, and good arch support? I got a pair of Nike Zoom Victory XC spikes on Black Friday.
They were fabulous. I never knew shoes could be so awesome. Great traction, good-looking, comfortable, and great arch support. However, it turned out that they were the wrong size, so I couldn't keep them. It was sad.
Now that the prices are back up, I can't really afford to buy them again. >.> I'll have to wait till next year. Could someone recommend other shoes though? Maybe ones that are on sale somewhere online?
I'm mainly looking at comfort and support.
Nike Jana Star, Nike Jana Star XC, and Saucony Shay XCs are available for the similar prices (~$20-$30) on Footlocker.com right now. I haven't seen them in person though. How is the support, are they good?
